Assistants API keep failed with "We're currently processing too many requests - please try again later."

Hi,
I am working with Assistants API to chat with my data(files), I’ve never call assistants /runs api success, API responses “We’re currently processing too many requests - please try again later.”

I’ve also try to call assitants in playground, it also never success, “We’re currently processing too many requests - please try again later.”

I have credits and never made a success call, is the assistants service down??

You might want to do what the message says and try again in a few hours. It might be the case that they are under heavy load right now.

I was having the same issue. However, it appears to only be with the gpt-4-1106-preview model, after switching my agent to a different model I was able to proceed. I’m assuming so many people are testing out the new model that it is overloaded.

I am using gpt-3.5-turbo-1106 model.

When using agents, all of the models give the same error as you’re describing for me.

UPDATE:
Seems fine now that it let me add my billing information and gave them $50.
