my code was working correctly several days ago to query an sql database and upload results to the client. Started receiving this error while trying to update the assistant with the file id’s after successfully uploading them to the client: Error code: 500 - {‘error’: {‘message’: ‘Failed to index files for retrieval’, ‘type’: ‘server_error’, ‘param’: None, ‘code’: None}}. The file still shows up in the GUI but the server isn’t recognizing it for some reason any more
