the api and the platform are down just for me? already contacted the support. the status says everything is alright…

unable to log in and API returns something about me being blocked

for em to! You understand why?

Anyone else currently unable to authenticate to the OpenAI platform? I get the attached page when logging in at platform.openai.com, and the API is returning 403 errors.

This is via Google SSO…

I think OpenAI API is intermittent, even in the platform.openai.com

I’m from Brazil and it happened here too

I just make my billing payment, run a few prompts from langchain and I got blocked both from making calls and from accessing the platform.

When I tried make a call I got: “Sorry, you have been blocked”
When I try to access the platform: " Ups! We ran into an issue while authenticating you. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at https://help.openai.com."

I used really simple test prompts like “write a poem about something”.
I were using my company VPN.

As of a few minutes ago, this looks like it’s been resolved (OpenAI Status - Incident History) now.

I was experiencing 403 “You’ve been blocked” responses from the API and was unable to log in via Auth0 (some unknown error) - Chat support said it could not find my account, I’m sure it’s all unrelated.

Possibly related…

Monitoring
For a short period, users were being blocked from sending requests to our API. This issue has already been fixed and we’re monitoring closely.

Down here too. The authentication is the issue for me. There is no way to log into the API section.

Appears to be working again. I was able to log back in. I hope it also works for the rest of you.

Now it not blovked but change to “message”: "Incorrect API key provided: ********

Thanks, Paul. Yes, this was it. From 8:39–8:56 AM PT we had issues with our Cloudflare setup. We’ve fixed the issue, found the root cause and a better way to monitor for issues like in the future. Sorry for all the trouble.

@edwinarbus I am facing issue in loading the credit balance. Tried all kind of cards but still no good. Can I get any kind of help regarding this, actually this is kind of an emergency. This is affecting my production. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thanks
