[API] Merchant Registration – No Confirmation Received / Status Inquiry

Hello OpenAI team,

I submitted on October 10th and then again on October 24th a request to register Wella Company as a Merchant via the Merchant Application form on ChatGPT website

Submission details:

  • Company: Wella Company

  • Requestor email: [redacted]

However, I did not receive any confirmation email, reference number, or indication that the application was successfully received. At the moment, I have no way to verify the status of the request.

Could you please advise on the following:

  1. Is there a way to check the status of a Merchant registration request when no confirmation ID was provided?

  2. What is the expected timeframe for the initial confirmation or review?

  3. Should I consider re-submitting the request?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support.

Hey romologaetano.ganzer, We discussed the application with our internal team and unfortunately, we do not have an update at the moment. We have a high volume of requests and it is hard to provide an update or a timeline at the moment but you should be able to hear back from the team directly in sometime.
