API Limit Issue. Not Sure How to Resolve

I got an error 429, which looks like some kind of limit issue. I read many threads. I had my session context on my interface running at 128k, which was unintended, so I was using a lot of tokens. (846k) (GPT4-Turbo) - I was just testing things on my own. Then I hit some limit. I still have funds. I have not exceeded my tier 3 limit. I waited overnight, and even changed the API key. It’s not working. I read all the rules and posts I could. Unfortunately I still don’t know the limit I broke, and what the consequences are. Any ideas? Thanks.

So your credit balance in settings/billing is positiv as well as your monthly budget in “usage” report is not used up?
