Hello,
When I go to API keys on OpenAI dashboard, it is completely blank. However the existing keys continue to function normally.
Could this be an existing issue or am I missing something obvious?

The very same page reads “As an owner of this project, you can view and manage all API keys in this project.”

But are you logged in as the owner of the project?

My mistake, they were under User keys. Thanks for the suggestions @phyde1001
