I am a paid Tier 4 API acccount, has been using API for yeas. I am using Cloudflare AI gateway to manage the servce. It’s been fined for yeasrs, but Recently, the cloudflare keep sending error messages as shown in figure, all my service are dead. Can anyone from the OpenAI can help me solve this issue?

Could you confirm whether the same request succeeds when sent directly to the OpenAI API without Cloudflare AI Gateway? Please also share the approximate timestamp, Cloudflare Ray ID, Cloudflare egress region, and any sanitized OpenAI request ID available.
This will help determine whether the issue is related to Cloudflare’s request routing or the OpenAI API request itself. Please do not post any API keys or other sensitive information.
