Any OpenAI staff around? Our ticket has been completely silent since May 9th

Hey everyone,

I’m posting here because our team is completely stuck. We opened an urgent billing ticket back on May 9th (Confirmation number: C-lNK2oEF0bghO) and it has been completely silent for over 23 days now.

Long story short: our account was compromised, and even though we had a strict organization hard limit set to $700, a massive flood of parallel requests completely bypassed the cap and racked up over $4000+ in a single day before we could delete the key.

We are a really small startup team and we absolutely cannot afford this charge. We completely understand that support queues get backed up, but hitting a brick wall for nearly a month on something this devastating to our cash flow is terrifying.

Has anyone else dealt with long response times for escalated billing issues lately?

If there are any OpenAI staff members or community moderators reading this who can help get our ticket in front of a human specialist, we would be incredibly grateful for your help.
