Adding new payment method broken

Trying to add a new payment method for the API and i get in the browser console

Refused to frame 'https://js.stripe.com/' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src 'self' https://chatgpt.com".

Ive tried this in Brave, Edge, Opera and Firefox and get the same on them all. Ive disabled all extensions and network adblocking but nothing fixed it.

*edit for grammar

Gah, sorry — we’re looking into this now.

Awesome, cheers for picking it up so quick

In the meantime, I’ve added a small amount of API credits to your account til you can add a card again.

The whole form looks broken to me. I can’t click on the card information “field” and don’t see a space for the cvv. Not sure if that’s supposed to be on a following page, but filling this out and trying to continue gives an unhelpful error.

I am also having the same issue where the fields to put in my card information do not appear.

Hi,
I’m trying to add a payment detail to my account but it won’t let me as the Stripe form just isn’t showing up. I tried both chrome and firefox but the same error appears in the console: Refused to frame because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src ‘self’ .

Same here couldn’t add my card details, tried multiple browsers so it’s definitely stripe, hope it gets fixed soon, good luck.

I am having the same problem right now

Fixed! You can pay us now. :money_mouth_face: But seriously, sorry for the issues here and thanks for reporting. (It wasn’t a Stripe issue; we made a change to our CSP which broke the credit card form.)

Hi, I’ve checked my ad blockers, firewall, and confirmed that HTTP calls to Stripe are working, but the JS files are still not loading. It seems like the issue might be coming from the source, and I’d appreciate any assistance you can provide. Hope you can fix it soon!

This was fixed 3 min ago — mind refreshing and trying again?

it’s works thanks

Thanks for the reports. Keeping OpenAI on their toes. And hopefully all behind us.

Someone in the other thread about payments not activating API usage. “Why would you still let payments be made??” - perhaps they temporarily got their wish granted!

A hard-refresh, CTRL + refresh or SHIFT+F5 (or similar combination depending on browser) will do a full reload of all web assets, also.

My man, thank you. Much appreciated

Seems to be back up and running
