Adding another plan for users, and providing better support

Dear OpenAI Team,

I’m a loyal ChatGPT Plus subscriber, and I truly appreciate how AI enhances my daily life. However, I believe OpenAI could improve in key areas:

1- Better Communication with Users– A voice feedback option or improved support would make it easier for customers to share their experiences and needs. Hearing users directly would provide better insights than text-based feedback.
2- A Mid-Tier Subscription (€35-€40)– The gap between Plus (€20) and Pro (€200) is too large. Many users would pay for a plan that includes unlimited advanced voice chat and extended AI video chat (e.g., 1 hour/day).
3. Clearer Feature Limits – Restrictions on advanced voice and AI video chat should be more transparent, so users know what to expect.

I love ChatGPT and want to see it improve. Implementing these changes would enhance user experience and drive OpenAI’s growth. I hope you’ll consider this feedback.

Best regards,

  1. I came here to say the same thing: the jump from $19.99 USD to $200.00 is too large. There should be something in between. I’d love to see a ChatGPT Gold plan for, like, $30 or $40 a month that gives you additional time/chat tokens. There are many days when I don’t use all of my messages-per-period, but there are other days where I talk more. So obviously the most cost effective thing for users would be a rollover, but if ChatGPT wanted to make more money, they could simply have a second tier (ChatGPT Gold or whatever) that has a 1.5x or 2x factor ($30 or $40) and gives you twice as much. $200 is totally not doable for someone on a budget.

  2. It would be nice to have a way to know when you’re getting close to bumping up against one of the hidden limits/rules. I realize they probably keep the actual number hidden for a reason, and it likely changes based on certain algorithmic things BUT, if it knows when I’m done, it would be trivial to say “you’re done, but we’ll let you talk for five more rounds.” Or whatever. I don’t know how it counts, but it could easily just give a warning when you’re close (90% of whatever that moment’s limit is)?
