Unlimited Access to Advanced Voice Mode? Willing to Pay More and Provide Reviews!

Absolutely, mentioning that you use ChatGPT as an organizational tool for managing ADHD—like saving random ideas, appointment plans, and reminders—adds another layer to your request. It shows how valuable unlimited voice access could be for someone who uses ChatGPT in a practical, daily context beyond casual conversation. Here’s an updated version incorporating that:

Title: Unlimited Access to Advanced Voice Mode? Willing to Pay More and Provide Reviews!

Content:

Hello everyone! :star2:

I’m absolutely loving ChatGPT’s Advanced Voice Mode—the voice quality is fantastic, especially in Arabic, and it truly transforms the experience into a natural conversation. However, the daily usage limits are quite restrictive for me, especially as someone with ADHD who relies on ChatGPT as an essential support tool.

I often use ChatGPT to organize my thoughts, save random ideas, and keep track of appointments and tasks across different aspects of my life. Being able to interact continuously with voice makes a real difference in helping me stay on track, focused, and productive.

If there were an option for unlimited access to Advanced Voice Mode, I’d be willing to pay more to unlock this potential! This could make a real difference for users like me who rely on voice features to manage day-to-day responsibilities.

Additionally, I’d love to support OpenAI by reviewing new features or updates. I have experience providing insightful, detailed reviews and would be excited to help contribute feedback that could shape future developments.

Are there any plans to introduce a higher-tier subscription for unlimited voice access, or has anyone found a workaround?

Thank you so much for considering this request—I’d be thrilled to discuss review opportunities as well!

I’m also ADHD and interested in learning how you use voice to ’ organize my thoughts, save random ideas, and keep track of appointments and tasks across different aspects of my life ’ - care to share?

The advanced voice feature has honestly been a game-changer for me, especially with ADHD. I can just talk out all my random ideas, plans, or overwhelming feelings, and it organizes everything for me. Whenever I’m learning something new and don’t know where to start, I just say that, and it actually helps me figure out a starting point! What I love most is that I can tell it how to respond — whether I want it brief, direct, or even in a motivational tone.

When I feel weird or have too many thoughts, I can even ask, “Why am I feeling this way?” :joy: It’s super helpful for making weekly plans, breaking tasks into small steps, and just feeling less overwhelmed. For my doctor, I add questions or thoughts to a list whenever I think of them. When my appointment comes up, I ask for the list, and it brings up everything I wanted to discuss. It’s like having a personal coach that listens, helps me reflect, and keeps me on track.Hope that help!

I’m sure it’s just a cost thing… if you look at the pricing for the realtime API it’s $0.06 per minute in and $0.24 per minute out. That’s about $15 an hour. If you want an unlimited account it’s because you want to use it a ton and they don’t know how to measure that. The extreme might be you’re wanting 10 hours of generated audio per day which would be $150/day or $4,500/month.

I have a ChatGPT+ account and a Tier 5 API account. I make heavy use of both and probably spend 5 - 6 hours a day waiting on a model call to complete. Even with my ChatGPT+ account my API bill typically runs around $300/mo. When I was testing the realtime API it jumped to over $800. Even with text completions I had a day last week that I spent about 15 hours running benchmarks and it cost me $280 for that one day. This stuff is super expensive and I doubt we see truly unlimited anything anytime soon.
