My account (normal and API) were banned with no warning and no explanation. I am sure I haven’t violated the usage policies. I am blocked now from all my projects, and I am a pro subscriber!
If anyone from the OpenAI Staff ( @OpenAI_Support ) sees this, please, it would mean the world if you could look into my case. I just need a human compliance check to undo this automated error.
