My organization account was deactivated and I was not contacted by support. I am not asking to reinstating my API account anymore. But my account and billing info was a valid and legit US company and billing information. Just before you deactivated my account I purchased a small amount ($20) credits. If you are not allowing me to use API why do you just seize my purchased credits? I want a refund of unused credits (~$18) at the time my account was deactivated. The time it was deactivated I checked but since the account had issues I couldn’t get help there. If support@openai.com is correct place to ask I can write there.
