Access to Private Custom GPTs

Under the new policies announced this week re. GPTs and the GPT Store:

  1. Will unpaid users who’ve been given a link to a private (“Anyone with the link”) custom GPT be able to access that GPT? Or does the free access only apply to GPTs published in the GPT Store? As of right now, there seems to be no free access for private GPTs.
  2. What usage caps will apply to custom GPTs using GPT-4o? Is that likely to change?
