Hello, I’ve been using Sora for a few months now, and until recently, nothing has been wrong, but a strange bug has happened over the last few days where a failed image generation which I have deleted repeatedly refuses to fully get out and stays every time I refresh the site, but that isn’t the only issue. It also happens that images I created after that failed attempt are getting slowly deleted as if I never made them, because they don’t even show up in the trash bin, and the issue seems to come from the same error. Here’s an screenshot of these failed generations, by the way:

Why has no one else seen this? Am I really the only one who has faced this bug?

No, i have the same bug. I wrote to support, but they don’t respond. All my generations have that message
Experience the same issue really anoying all my generated images from yesterday and from half of this day is gone, though I am able to find them under the clock but not in My Media. Really anoying! Fix please.

For me, all images that were generated from the 10th up to the 24th of November are gone. They were illustrations with a climate change theme (for sure safe). I noticed that images are still on the server as I was able to retrieve them from the browser history.

Now it only got worse, as I just tried to generate another image and the generation failed, but now, not just one image is gone, ALL images from the last few days were suddenly gone in a matter of time

yes, but i found that if you add them to favorites, they don’t. But i lost all my previous images too
