I am getting Error 503 on querying both the ‘gpt-4o’ & ‘gpt-4o-mini’ models. Is this error from my side or yours? Please clarify.

Could you provide some code snippets and the payloads you’re sending?
That will make it a lot easier to assist you with your problem! 
It was working till morning - if the issue was with my code it wouldn’t have from the very start.
OpenAI recently had an update, maybe a certain endpoint changed?
It is just very hard to assist with barely any information on what you’re trying to do - I promise I won’t steal your code! 
Update: I checked the OpenAI Status page for you and it seems like there aren’t any reported issues or outages currently.
