500 is returned in the Phone verification endpoint

Hi support,

I was trying to verify my phone number to generate a new api key, the endpoint is returning 500 Internal server error on this endpoint “/onboarding/phone/verify”
the response is

ps: I already tried to contact the support via the live chat, but the support person kept repeating the same unhelpful response over and over

I have the same problem and also got the same answer from the support team, clearly the phone verification endpoint has an error and returning 500

Is it a VOIP phone?

It’s a normal german number that I used to verify my personal account

I tried to communicate with the email but I got the same templated response :man_facepalming:
