API Authorization Phone number

Hello All,
I am trying to verify my account via phone number to get a API key and it seems like this feature is not working. I attempted to use different phone numbers and still the same result “We couldn’t verify your phone number”

Can anyone help me figure this out?

I connected with them via support and they were able to resolve the issue
