If a new user signs up to OpenAI, and has $5 in free credit, is there a way to become a “pay as you go” user before the free credit expires? The reason I ask is because of the now very low 3 RPM for free trial users. If they add a credit card, even though the free credit has not expired, are they now pay as you go?
The new 3 RPM is just crazy low.
