I agree. I was using 3.5 for unlimited time and finally bit the bullet to pay for 4.0 and it has been nothing but trouble since. After my month-long subscription I’m canceling and either going back to 3.5 or just using Microsoft copilot.
I do not use GPT 4 and received error and it will not allow me to use the default model.

bump. please fix this error of the usage cap. in my case i haven’t used chatgpt for 12+hours and its immediately giving me this error on my first input
even i am not subscribe for paid version still i am getting the same error .
i want to stay with free version can anyone tell me how to resolve this error

worst part is im using 3.5 and it gives me “oh yeah youve used the cap pls try again later loser”, gpt 3.5 did not have a limit last i checked and i didnt even get plus, 1 star 1 star 1 star

Same Issue. I used 3.5 and it is giving me this error. It shows I have unlimited access when I look at my plan.

I was considering going for the paid version, but seeing this error definitely scares me off.
I would say bug. I can’t even use GPT 3.5 when I click the button so I’m stuck. Think we just have to wait and watch the update thread for when it’s resolved.

I don’t even have the GPT-4, I just use the default version and I am still seeing this message!

WHAT THE HECK!!! so i am not alone in this … i too got this message and I wasn’t even using CHATGPT4 I don’t even have the option to use that I am using 3.5
I’m using 3.5 and also receiving this kind of error. Maybe they are cooking something.
I’m trying to use GPT 3.5 and I’ve got the message to switch to the default chat or try later with GPT 4 but since I’m on GPT 3.5 I can’t switch to anything else

This must be a bug. GPT-3.5 says the same. I’m not using 4.0…
