just wondering anyone encounter similar issue and have a solution on this.
basically, i just got this message “Your API access has been temporarily suspended as a result of an overdue invoice. Please pay any outstanding invoices shown in your billing history to regain access”
actually i got Pay as you go Credit balance $124.42. i thought they will deduct my credit for invoices?
Yes I have ideas and answers and have provided them before to the forum.
Credits do not pay off existing balance than went into the monthly accounts billing system for legacy accounts.
The bill for that outstanding balance that was not paid for by prepaid credits still becomes due and is automatically billed in the first half of the next month.
The credit card payment method on record still must work.

It’s a sad policy. Have the same issue: +284 USD (I have used my credit 5 days before next payment), I have sent the complete sum and now I must pay 260 USD again? 544 USD.
