As depicted in the figure, I am using a mail inbox and have subscribed to GPT4 automatically every month. I was able to log in to my account yesterday, but today there was a sudden error stating that I cannot log in anymore. What’s more critical is that I have set up the continuous monthly subscription for GPT4 service, but since I am unable to log in to my account, I cannot cancel the GPT4 plan. Could the staff at OpenAI please address this issue promptly?
