growing number of people have this issue today. Codex, work all not able to access tools or powershell or execution environment. Can some one from OpenAI please look into this ? Reddit is beginning to flood with comments of these issues
Still down—the execution environment returned “No usable execution environment is available.”
I have a demonstration coming up tomorrow 
, GPT failed me hard. I thought it was MXC (microsoft execution container) or the latest windows update that broke it, I tried to system restore and everything. Wasted my whole day on trying to fix this myself, not my day.
Can some one please reachout to the OpenAI mods or admin here to escalate ? I’m new here and don’t know who to notify.

something is still wrong with CODEX, the “tools are unavailable” got fixed, and it can only connect to bash now (before it couldn’t), but powershell, local drives are all still inaccessible and it went back to the original error:
MXC launcher: failed to create the process security environment:
CreateProcessSecurityEnvironment failed (HRESULT = 0x80070005)
Python execution is still unavailable, so I couldn’t run it.
and some tools are unavailable issue is still there
I’m guessing it’s not fixed yet even though it appears to be
Still down for me. Very frustrating that the status page shows everything fine when its clearly not so we don’t even have a good source to see when things are down or when they are back up and running
not worked all night until about 9pm but started failing environment missing and tools error

hey if they actually respond to your response, can you let us know? you don’t have to post the photos but just let us know what they said if they are working on it or theres a work around​

well the issue started yesterday and got progressively worse today. It doesn’t seem like they realized it yet.
