If you ask ChatGPT (any version) to say “Brian Hood,” you will get a pop-up that says “I’m unable to produce a response.” Why?

Well that’s just plain weird. I tried it a couple times and it won’t give me a response. Maybe he’s enforced copyright laws around his name and music, so he’s been removed.
Short answer is it trips up the safety layer that sits between the UI and the LLMs. Some time back certain names like David Mayer also didn’t work. There are hard coded keywords and names, but also presumably a fast safety classifier. The underlying reasons for those specific names could be anything really, even just by mistake
