The difference is crazy, makes me think they are making it on purpose for us to pay, I don’t like this feeling!
I guess that’s deployed on different infrastructure and paid users are using it to the limit to get the most out of it.
Then there were days when many new guys came to try out free version and just didn’t came back when it was scaled up like mad.
While the paid team works on scaling the paid version system.
You don’t need to assume evil everywhere. Can as well be lack of experience (I mean who of you scaled something like this before?), people are ill / overworked, lack of new hardware, no space left for new hardware,…
