Why can't my clients' dialogues be archived?

Why can’t all the dialogues of my clients with my custom GPT be saved in an archive? This is very inconvenient. I can’t see what they talked about and can’t help them when needed.

My understanding is that OpenAI wants to preserve the privacy of its users. If you want to have more granular control over your enterprise’s data, you probably won’t get around using OpenAI’s more developer oriented features - meaning the assistants or responses APIs.

This would mean that you would need to foot the bill for your clients’ usage of your service, so you also need to manage access control on your end.

But doing this gives you absolute control over (almost) all data going through your application.
