The last few days the images have lost there quality. Not even close to creating the same images as I was getting before? Was there an upgrade? The images are not good at all. Lost all detail and are boring. If the images continue to look this horrible, I will have to find a new platform for my images and cancel my subscription. It’s not just a small change it seems there must of been an upgrade or something and it is not good.

Yes there has been an upgrade. I honestly think it became better.
Not on my end. My images are horrible looking compared to what I was getting. The responses seem to be good but the images are horrible.

what are you trying to achieve?
It really is a deterioration. The speed of the images being downloaded is much lower. The quality of the pictures is less, the system is less flexible in thinking and creating.

Mine are the same, they are really bad quality. Before they used to be crisp and clear but now they look as though a child has painted them. It’s awful. This is the image I received today which is totally different to the image I got in January using the exact same prompt.

Yes they are taking ages, previously you didn’t see the image being created, now it’s being created in front of your eyes with a grand reveal and the reveal is dreadful. It wasn’t like this two days ago

The news is that a new model has been released and the prompts need to be adjusted. I also noted that the model has a tendency to produce impressionist versions when not properly instructed.
Simply uploading the ‘painted’ image, asking for a realistic version does the trick.

Yes, exactly. I thought maybe i needed to update the app lol it was different 2 days ago and now it doesnt even seem like the same program at all.

I thought it was just me. But yes that is exactly what I am exeriancing. Very low quailty dreadful images. Its all changed from 2 days ago. I did the samething used a same prompt and it was horrible the difference is extreme its not just a small difference its a huge difference and not for the better.

Yes…it was kinda creepy the first time i did it. I was like what is going on 
and the image was eye piercing 
I did adjust the prompt to ask for a more realistic, crisp, airbrushed image and I got more or less the same. It wants to create an impressionist version every time which is not what I want. I want an image to look realistic yet painted. The upgrade doesn’t appear to be generating that sadly. This is what it produced back in January which, whilst looks realistic, it also looks hand-painted. The image you have posted looks more like a photograph. I don’t want a photograph quality, I want a painted version.

Definitely a different universe. I’m glad that DALL-E 3 is still available. I’m glad to have the new model.

Huge difference. I am struggling trying to make a video and the images are so dreadful now. Im going to have ro figure out something different to use to create my images unless they fix this. Its really bad. I tried several times and was afraid to look each time lol

What I’d love: the intelligence aspects of 4o ImageGen, and a switch one could pull so as to have it use the image generation stylistics of DALL-E. That would let all my old prompts still work, but with few errors and hallucinatory artifacts. Only possible if the intelligence and stylistics of 4o ImageGen are quite separate, which they probably are not.

I also got very bad images compared to before, even when getting to old chats with perfect images even in them it makes weird old paintings even when i explain things in more details. it sucks, too many people overhyping this new update just because of the editing.

do someone knows how i can make the images that works well in Dall-e in Chatgpt, dall-e always get me the limit usage fasster than Chatgpt (im in plus) , i tried the old versions but still bad images
Will they keep Dalle available? Or will it roll out once the new one is fully established
