Where is the real usage of my account?

Why do I need to go too settings to see my real usage?
https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/usage

If I go to the place that makes sense which is https://platform.openai.com/usage I only see a pointess chart that always shows 0. This is absolutely useless, and it is very hard to understand what is this for.

What is the meaning of Credit Grants ?

Is that money that i added? IS free money that OpenAI is giving me? What is that thing? And what is that upper limit?

If I can not make sense of where my money is spent and why, I will start looking for alternatives taht makes this kind of things clearer and more visible

In that “grants” area, underneath the monthly limit pie chart with a top level you set:

The first number is the amount available.

The second number is the total input funds (a purchase).

When it expires after a year, the first number goes to zero, not even showing how much OpenAI took for keepsies.

Sorry but I still don’t understand it.

The amount of what? Where is that coming from?
And the second number is what? why is one over the other if they are two different sources of money?
