Today, I received feedback from a GPT user in my email. I didn’t notice where the feedback portal is. Does anyone know? Also, it seems there is no way to reach the user by replying to the email address. 
Look at the top of the interface where the title of the GPT is. Click on the down carrot. There it is.
P.S. . . You will only see it when you are using someone else’s GPT.

Feedback is located in the same location you are looking for it in. The developer of the custom GPT must have feedback turned on in their builder profile for it to be visible.
