Whenever I manually upload a file to the platform Storage - > Assistants, I get this error but the file is uploaded anyway

My issue is that when i write a automated code to upload multiple files, it acts weird and uploads 3 copies of the files before moving onto the next

This happening to any pdf file

Same issue with the API. Uploading a file gives the same error, but the file appears to be uploaded in the Dashboard. Deleting the file from the dashboard gives the same issue.
