Despite loading the files through the conversation with the assistant and the files being in Storage, the assistant says it cannot find any files
We have similar problem. In most runs assistant says that it can’t process file. I’ve already tried csv, json, pdf files.
Sometimes it says something like “pls wait while I process file” and at the same time returns that thread run status is completed.
Using files/list endpoint I see that file is uploaded and it size is correct. (I can’t download it back using API because it was uploaded for assistant).
