Hello.

What is the difference between these keys and which one should I use to connect to API?

  1. https://platform.openai.com/api-keys

  2. https://platform.openai.com/settings/profile?tab=api-keys

I guess the first one is the API Key.
But what is the second one?

2

1st one is the new Project API keys. The 2nd one is the legacy API keys. It will still work under default project and can be used on all available models. But you should use Project API keys from now on as they recommend.
