When the ChatGPT API was announced, the announcement said:
today we’re releasing
gpt-3.5-turbo-0301, which will be supported through at least June 1st, and we’ll updategpt-3.5-turboto a new stable release in April
The models page in the documentation still lists gpt-3.5-turbo-0301 from March as the current snapshot. Is there any word on the next stable release?
I wonder what OpenAI has planned 
Just realized that the text describing the model changed at some point near May 1.
The documentation page for 3.5 used to state that support would end on June 1st. Then it was changed to “will be deprecated 3 months after a new version is released”
It would be nice if OpenAI could provide some transparency in regards to the state and development of future stable releases!
