Way to fix ChatGPT icon not showing up?

I have used ChatGPT for a while and I never see the icon come back. I don’t think anyone has this issue. The picture shows 2 messages with both not showing ChatGPT’s icon. Is this a bug/glitch? Is there a way to fix this? (Windows Web)
