Verification problems: "Payment method required" despite having one set

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue when trying to access the model o4-mini-deep-research.

The Issue:

  1. I receive the error: Your organization must be verified to use the model o4-mini-deep-research.

  2. I visit the verification page (https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/general) and click “Verify Organization”.

  3. A popup appears saying:

    “To verify your organization, you’ll need to add a valid payment method and set it as your default payment method.”

The Problem: My organization already has a valid payment method set up, as confirmed on my billing page (https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/payment-methods).

I am stuck and cannot proceed with verification. Has anyone faced this or knows how to force the system to recognize the existing payment method?
