I was wondering if you can sell the code that you create with chatgpt like you can sell the images that you create with dall-e.

It’s most likely okay, since the model generates new iterations of code each time you run it. The exact code it gave you might even be completely unique.
In either case, it was trained on public domain, sooo… yes, sell it. But make sure it works first
Sometimes the model produces broken code.
