I am encountering an issue with modifying the builder profile name for my GPTs. Currently, I am part of a family plan where I am not the personal plan. The credit card linked to my individual plan has been removed. When I switch to my personal plan, I find it impossible to modify the builder profile names of GPTs created previously. Does anyone have a solution for this situation, or do I need to contact support directly?
