@curt.kennedy : how are you? You wrote that the problem has been fixed, but the problem still exists for me, do you know who can I contact?
Since I can’t even log in, I can’t cancel my membership. It is a really unpleasant situation.
I always archive mine and copy and paste the links to Excel. Don’t have to do the “share” feature…simply go to your archived chats, select all, and copy/paste. Even if the conversations are slow or don’t load, clicking their link from Excel usually seems to be better at bringing up the existing conversation. It even worked when one of my GPT’s randomly disappeared (suddenly “not found”…don’t know if the creator deleted it or what). It suddenly got shifted to GPT3.5 without me knowing. But clicking the link, I was still able to recover the conversation with the original custom GPT from when it existed. I don’t think your data is permanently gone.

This has been happening to me a lot lately. It’s getting to the point where I can’t seem to get through much of a chat before I have this problem. I do the data export trick and get things back to normal, but the problem pops up again soon after. Is this a result of me still having so many chats in my chat history? Is there a limit to how many chats we can have and still maintain decent performance? Or is this strictly on OpenAI’s end of things?
This looks like an ongoing bug.
