Unable to download files with chat history off (Plus subscriber)

With chat history off, if I ask ChatGPT to crate a file for me that I can download, it creates the file but I am unable to download it.

for example:

When clicking on the link provided, I get a popup error message:

Inspecting the console on the browser (Edge/W11) I see this:

I get this as well, it works perfectly fine when you’re in a session that allows for data training, but as soon as you use temporary chat or turn of history, then you cannot download the files. Very annoying if you’re wanting to work with somewhat confidential data that you don’t want to be part of the training model.
