For the last week, GPT-4 has been spamming:

" This content may violate our content policy. If you believe this to be in error, please submit your feedback — your input will aid our research in this area."

It used to rarely trigger, now it’s triggering to an absurd degree. What’s happening?

Yeah, that update is irrelevant to me, since nothing that I do comes anywhere near close to going against that content policy.
