Add a default model option at project level, it should not be changed when outside project model is changed .

I agree. I used to be able to obtain Monday project voice mode for example. These are the project settings I think could be added for enhancing user customization of project dialogue.
1- voice print setting. Currently shimmer only and no settings.
2- default model as you suggested.
3- time sorting- option 1 (android uses This for me) actual prompt based time order option, where a chat stays put from the last user input time 2- rename or the add to project itself sorts by most recent activity at the top.
4- within project, this is where users can add or hide any models from their overall setup. Select or unselect ones that you want in the Loadout of the main app pref. This would boundary it as a plus user customization advanced tier similar to how Advanced Voice is an advanced toggle and the plus account is the one that gets voice mode (project/gpt voice as distinct from the mode with video and photo button on the Ui).
