The verification email was rejected by the DMARC policy, and no further emails are sent after several attempts

I tried resetting my password today but found that the verification email did not arrive. It worked fine six months ago. I tried several times and then checked my mail logs. It appears that the DMARC and DKIM policies rejected the email. The log showed the following message:

END-OF-MESSAGE from mail145-181.atl61.mandrillapp.com[198.2.145.181]: 5.7.1 rejected by DMARC policy for tm.openai.com

However, after trying 3-4 times, the verification email is no longer being sent to the same address. I attempted using a new address with the DMARC check turned off, and the email arrived successfully. Could there be a mechanism in OpenAI’s mail server that blocks sending emails after multiple attempts?

Currently, it is impossible for me to get verified with my original email address.
