I am using ChatGPT/ChatGPT Plus and I would love to be able to set the speed of the output… as an early adopter I must admit that I thought it was annoyingly slow… but now it is « Blazingly fast ™ » and the speed at which it is scrolling down (on a mobile device especially) makes me having to scroll back up all the time…
As a matter of fact I have the opposite problem on a desktop computer where I always have to scroll down…
I think someone cleaver could come with a way to solve this dilemma I suppose that a keyboard shortcut to scroll down would be helpful (hopefully you understand that ctrl + page down is not optimal for me) and maybe 
a check box 
which could be unselected to prevent the auto scroll…
But my current post is not related to any of this but specifically as of how fast the output is most of the time I send a second question when I am on my mobile phone and read the first one because how slow it was now it is so fast 
I am scrolled down to the bottom and constantly need to scroll back up to the top of the current last answer…
It is just ever so slightly annoying and at the end of the day those small annoyances compound into an unsettling feeling of exhaustion…

you can get some resources to rethink this interface I have been reading many different things that people are suggesting like how to manage and save prior chats and how to get a voice reader and so on…
I think you would be making a lot of people happy if you were to improve your interface for the beloved AI…
