the language and nomenclature is vague and the interface seems to change every few days. Worse, because of the confusion between “ChatGPT” and “work” - or is it “codex”? Who knows? - mode, the models themselves can’t tell you when you’re using credits or not. I added 500 credits and within just a few simple interactions, I was down to 410. In any other business, this would be called a grift. If it looks like a skunk, smells like a skunk…. May have to migrate to Claude after all. This feels crooked as the day is long.
