Dear Support,
I am currently in a trial period and I have been experiencing issues with the app for the past two days. I did all what the window pop up said but i always get the same issue, the app is already updated. Now I am unable to ask and use it the app is not functioning as expected. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
