Testing custom GPT in Builder' Preview counts tokens?

Still getting in trouble with the chatgpt Paid Account cap that block me regularly. Do y know if testing a custom gpt in Preview counts for tokens or not ?

Usage is measured by messages when using ChatGPT.

Message in the GPT builder and GPT preview also count towards usage.

They don’t secretly give unlimited free AI there.

Random chats after you’ve broken it still count towards the 40 or 80 message cutoff point of GPT-4 or GPT-4o.
