so, everybody knows that plugins are a thing for chatgpt plus users, but i wanna ask - will openai add plugins to the API too?

Do you know what the latest info about this is?
Is it possible now?
I have noted some chatbot companies (Sitespeak) based on ChatGPT claims to be able to do this. If this is true there are probably som way of doing it.
Cant we expect it in the Nov 6 release?
