iOS and ChatGPT app fully updated. I opened my app tonight to discover a new chat with a Chinese language prompt. I can’t imagine where this came from - maybe I accidentally clicked on an ad? I’m savvy enough to not download malware on my phone, generally.

I can’t understand what’s happening and i don’t know how to solve it.
Same happens to me. I’ve changed my password and when I’ve logged in again, there was a new chinese chat.
This keeps happening to me as well. I changed password. Added 2fa. Etc. what is going on? I also had an unsettling experience where it said I had asked it to call my by a woman’s name. I think there must be significant data crossover between chats and who is able to see which chats.
The same happens for me, at least since December 2024. I changed password, and srt up 2fa for a while to no avail.
