Dear Team,
I recently created an account on the OpenAI platform and I Know
that a free trial credit of $5 was shown as available for API usage. However, when I try to use the API key, I receive an error or am unable to make successful requests.
I have followed the standard steps:
- Signed up at https://platform.openai.com/
- Verified my email address
- Accessed the billing section
- Generated an API key
- Tried calling the API using the key
Despite this, I’m unable to use the API—possibly because the credit isn’t being recognized or applied correctly. As It is showing me that You have you have attempt 3 time failed but I have not use the API Key for first time(not Even A Single time ) too Could you please check my account and guide me on how to resolve this issue? Although I have tried with fresh new Gmail account for this still the same issue .
