I created my account with my gmail id . But I am not able to use Playground as I am getting " You’ve reached your usage limit. See your usage and billing-settings for more details. If you have further questions, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
I have learnt that the Open API account remains free for 3 months but I didn’t use it at all but I still getting this error.
Kindly clarify this.

It sounds like this is a billing related issue. Have you added any funds to your developer account?
OpenAI earlier this year discontinued granting free credits to users. Even if you have still received them, they should have expired by now. In order to start using the API you need to add a minimum of $5 to your account, which places you in Tier 1 - see the full usage tier documentation here.
